Hi, I’m Jordana Wolch, a Vice President here at Craft Public Relations. I’m leading
recruitment for a new Account Manager role here at the agency. I’ve been with the company
for more than 6 years (time flies when you’re having fun!), and since I started, the agency
has grown from 12 people to the team of more than 40 we are today. We’ve got an amazing
and passionate group of humans already on board, and we’re excited to be growing again
with the addition of this role.
Lisa Pasquin founded Craft in October 2015 with the goal of creating an inspiring
environment where people do great things together. Today, we’re proud to work with some
of the country’s best brands, including Hershey, Keurig Dr Pepper, Moosehead Breweries,
Nintendo of Canada, Tim Hortons, Firehouse Subs, Popeyes and Burger King. We do
award-winning work, but we also have a lot of fun doing it - our vibrant work environment is
truly one of the best things about Craft.
At Craft, the Account Manager position falls between the Account Executive and Senior
Account Manager roles. You manage projects and programs on your accounts, including
hands-on execution of media relations, influencer relations, events and more, under the
guidance of senior account leads.

What You Bring to the Role
You have experience in public relations / communications; agency experience is a plus.
You have high standards, and you’re always looking for ways to raise the bar.
You’re deeply curious - about your job, and about the world around you.
You act with empathy, eager to support your team as both people and as colleagues.
You’re a passionate collaborator, on the lookout for ways to work together with your clients and your colleagues to bring amazing things to life.
